Fashion Circuit Fellowship Program

The Fashion Circuit Fellowship is a one-of-a-kind program designed to empower the next generation of fashion creatives. Open to individuals ages 15 and up, the fellowship provides hands-on experience in the fashion industry by pairing fellows with experienced mentors and designers leading up to our seasonal fashion shows.

What We Offer

Participants will be paired with a team, mentor, or specific area of interest—such as design, styling, modeling, production, or marketing—and will work closely with them from now until the event’s conclusion. This immersive program offers a chance to collaborate, learn, and contribute to a professional fashion show, empowering fellows with real-world skills and connections within the fashion industry.

We welcome both new and returning fellows, with a special focus on supporting our First Pillar Fellows — individuals stepping into the program to build their creative vision and gain real-world experience.

Tracks available:

   •   Design Fellows: Create your own 3-5 piece collection and participate in casting, fittings, and our fashion show. You’ll also be connected with a designer mentor from our network to help bring your pieces to life.

   •    Creative Fellows: Work behind the scenes in styling, set design, media production, and backstage operations — gaining valuable event production and creative skills.

All fellows receive weekly mentoring from our Creative Directors and leadership team while building professional experience and portfolio credits.

This is a one-season fellowship. Fellows who complete their first season are eligible to return as Second Season Fellows and support new participants in mentorship and leadership roles.

Note: As a fellow, you can’t be a model for the show. This will help regulate the flow of the show so you can choose one or the other.

We believe creativity is a lifelong gift, and no one should ever stop dreaming. That’s why our program is open to students, novice designers, and young professionals looking to break into the fashion industry. We actively collaborate with educators and community organizations to ensure young creatives have access to this unique opportunity.

If a program like this had existed when we were students, we would have loved to be part of it—so this is our way of paying it forward to the communities that shaped us.
