We’re excited to announce our next Pull Up & Stitch event, a monthly sewing workshop where creativity meets community care.

Each month, Rachel Gai (@r_reloaded) and Destiny Williams (@dlashayyy) lead participants in hands-on sewing projects while giving back to the community. Instead of paying a fee, the cost of joining is bringing supplies for that month’s cause. This month, we’re hosting a food drive in collaboration with Urban Dreams (@urban.dreams.iowa), and all items collected will be donated directly to their organization. We love our community and know that, with recent changes, food security is more important than ever. That’s why you can also find resources for food pantries across Iowa on our website. We’ll be making DIY holiday stockings and donating to support those in need.
